Introduction


MAH Securities Limited is one of the early and trusted brokerage firms in Bangladesh’s capital market. The company is incorporated as a private limited company and registered with the RJSC under the Companies Act, 1994. It provides a range of financial services related to the capital market and operates as a TREC Holder (TREC 013) of the DSE, conducting its trading activities in accordance with the relevant TREC Regulations, Automated Trading Regulations, and other applicable rules of the exchange. The company also operates as a full-service Depository Participant (DP 41200) of the CDBL, providing depository and settlement services to its clients while complying with the Depository Act, Settlement Regulations, and other applicable regulatory requirements.

MAH Securities Limited functions under the regulatory oversight of the BSEC. Its operations are also subject to the financial regulatory framework of Bangladesh, including the oversight of Bangladesh Bank and the policy influence of the Ministry of Finance and the National Board of Revenue. Accordingly, the company adheres to applicable laws and guidelines, including BSEC regulations and AML/CFT compliance requirements, while operating within the broader monetary and fiscal policy environment of the country.
