Margin loan facilities provide investors with additional purchasing power by allowing them to borrow funds against eligible securities. This service enables investors to participate more actively in the capital market while maintaining collateral requirements.
Credit facility against approved listed securities
Quick access to funds for urgent trading needs
Ongoing monitoring and maintenance of margin levels
Start by opening a BO account with our brokerage house. You will need to provide your National ID (NID) Photocopy, Cheque Leaf Photocopy, 2 copy Photograph, and other required documents to complete the account opening process.
Request a margin facility by completing the required margin loan application form and agreeing to the margin terms and conditions set by the brokerage and market regulators.
Approved listed securities in your BO account can be used as collateral. The loan limit will be determined based on the market value and eligibility of the pledged securities.
Once approved, you can use the margin loan facility to purchase additional securities through our trading platform or by placing orders with our trading desk.
Investors must maintain the minimum margin requirement in their account. If the value of collateral falls below the required level, additional funds or securities may need to be deposited.
Margin loans can be adjusted or repaid through fund deposits, sale of securities, or settlement of trading profits, according to the brokerage's margin policy.
